Joseph Rabbia ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Moo the Monkey: Banana Catch (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

We do not ask you for, or directly collect, personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device or how the App is used:

• Google AdMob (advertising). To display ads, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as your device's advertising identifier), approximate location derived from your IP address, and app-usage information. This may be used to serve personalized or non-personalized advertising. You can control ad personalization through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and your device's privacy settings. • Apple Game Center (leaderboards & achievements). If you use Game Center, Apple manages your Game Center profile, scores, and achievements under Apple's Privacy Policy.

How Information Is Used

Information collected by these services is used to display advertising, provide leaderboards and achievements, and keep the App functioning correctly. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Choices

• Respond "Ask App Not to Track" to the App's tracking prompt to opt out of tracking for advertising.
• Manage tracking anytime under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Reset your advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, nor is it part of Apple's Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
