Art of a Conversation LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile games GeniusMoo and Moo the Monkey: Banana Catch (each an "App," together the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Apps collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to both Apps.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you for, or directly collect, personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The Apps use third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device or how an App is used:

• Google AdMob (advertising). To display ads, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as your device's advertising identifier), approximate location derived from your IP address, and app-usage information. This may be used to serve personalized or non-personalized advertising. You can control ad personalization through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and your device's privacy settings. • Apple Game Center (leaderboards & achievements). If you use Game Center, Apple manages your Game Center profile, scores, and achievements under Apple's Privacy Policy.

GeniusMoo's Trivia Moo game also loads trivia questions from the third-party Open Trivia Database; these requests are used only to fetch questions and do not include personal information.

How Information Is Used

Information collected by these services is used to display advertising, provide leaderboards and achievements, deliver trivia questions, and keep the Apps functioning correctly. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Choices

• Respond "Ask App Not to Track" to an App's tracking prompt to opt out of tracking for advertising.
• Manage tracking anytime under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Reset your advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings.

Children's Privacy

The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, nor are they part of Apple's Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
